If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your Taiga Cooler, you can return it for a full refund within 60 days of purchase. This only applies for coolers purchased directly from Taiga Coolers.
For coolers purchased through Taiga Authorized Dealers, the return policy of that dealer applies.
If returning a cooler to Taiga, please include a copy of the original receipt in the original or similar packaging to prevent shipping damage to the cooler.
Products returned are subject to a $20 restock fee and shipping charges are nonrefundable unless authorized by Taiga. Taiga will process the refund to the original credit card within (4) business days of receiving the merchandise. If you have any questions please contact us at email@example.com or 1-844-TAIGA 44.
At Taiga Coolers, we want to get one of our coolers in your hands as soon as possible so you can start . We make every effort to ship your order quickly.
Orders placed on our website at www.taigacoolers.com by 11am CST on Monday thru Friday will be shipped same day by UPS Ground service or USPS to locations in the continental United States and Canada. Orders with coolers generally ship UPS Ground and orders with gear or accessories only, generally ship USPS. For shipments outside of the continental United States or Canada, please contact Taiga for shipping options. No signatures required unless requested.

Coolers with custom logos or private label options may take more time to ship.
We will email a tracking number once the product has shipped.
